Interested in learning how to tap into millions available in grants from government, corporate and foundation funding sources for your creative projects, arts programs and nonprofit organizations?


Space is limited and these workshops fill-up quickly, so pre-registration online is encourage.  Walk-ins registrations will be accepted, based on seating availability.


This 2½ hour workshop is ideal for artists, teachers and others in the nonprofit sector who need funds for cultural, arts, educational and community programs. The instructor has raised millions in grants for nonprofits and will share a simple 5-step process that uses 10 basic building blocks to identify and secure grants.


Individuals who register online earby Saturday, 12/2/17 will be entered into a drawing to win a complimentary one (1) hour consultation session (valued at $120) with the author of  “The Grantbuilder: Step-by-Step Guide to Grantwriting Workbook.” during each workshop.  The workshop instructor used this workbook to teach a 10-week grant writing course for UCLA Extension from 2014 thru 2016.


She secured grants and sponsorships to produce the critically-acclaimed Instrumental Women “Lady Jazz” Concert Series for nine consecutive years.  It began with a City of LA Cultural Affairs grant to present the all-woman jazz instrumental production at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in North Hollywood; then for eight years consecutive years, a co-production grant from Los Angeles County Arts Commission to present the concerts as part of the Summer Series at the Ford Amphitheatre in Hollywood.  In 2015, her first film, “Girls Don’t Do That,” premiered at the Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles.
