This Resiliency Training program is designed to teach African American boys ages 10-17 how to Adapt Well and Recover Quickly. Participants will develop tools for healthy physical and emotional wellness in the face of life’s challenges. The six Saturday morning sessions cover topics such as stress management, arts and culture, communication skills, math and science review, sportsmanship, and nutrition.
