FLAIR, Fashion Legacy Association for Industry Recognition, is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to empower, promote and provide educational and professional development programs and scholarships to students pursuing careers in the fashion and design industry; showcase multi-cultural emerging and prominent fashion designers and honor those who have demonstrated achievement in the fashion and design industry. All members of FLAIR toured with Ebony Fashion Fair® - “the world’s largest traveling fashion show”.
