It’s On! Get ready for the first Verzuz battle of 2021! At last, the date for the highly-anticipated and much delayed Verzuz face-off between R&B queens Ashanti vs Keyshia Cole has finally been announced.

Ashanti’s personal battle with COVID-19, the rising number of infections and civil unrest played a part in several cancellations and rescheduling of the event.

Timbaland and Swizz Beatz’s Instagram account reads: “Kicking off the first #VERZUZ of the year with Ashanti and Keyshia Cole Raising hands. Thank you everyone for being patient with us. We can’t wait for this magical night.
